🧩 Page Structure

Each song lesson includes:

Music Player – Stream the song directly on the page.

Lyrics Display – Follow along with the lyrics, which highlight the target vocabulary and grammar structures.

Comprehension & Grammar Exercises – Interactive activities that test understanding of the lyrics, reinforce structures, and build listening skills.

Optional Assignments – Teachers can assign the song as homework or use it for in-class activities like sing-alongs or lyric-based games.

🗣️ How to Use It in Class

Step 1 – Introduce the Song

Play the song once without showing the lyrics. Ask students to listen carefully and notice words or expressions they recognize.

Discuss briefly what the song might be about based on the theme, tone, or visuals.

Step 2 – Follow the Lyrics

Display the lyrics and play the song again. Students can read along, sing, or mark words/structures they notice.

Highlight grammar structures or vocabulary in the lyrics that connect to the unit.

Step 3 – Practice & Exercises

Complete the interactive comprehension or grammar exercises linked to the song.

Discuss answers as a class or assign them individually.

Step 4 – Optional Creative Activities

Have students rewrite parts of the lyrics using alternative words or structures.

Encourage students to perform a mini-singalong, record their own version, or discuss the song's theme in conversation.

⏱️ 10–15 minutes for in-class listening, lyric review, and exercises. Additional 5–10 minutes for creative extensions or discussion.

💡 Teaching Tips

Songs are perfect for auditory learners or students who thrive on repetition and rhythm.

Encourage students to replay the song at home to improve listening, pronunciation, and grammar retention.

Use the song as a springboard for discussion, cultural exploration, or creative writing activities.

🎯 Goal

Turn songs into a natural, engaging way to reinforce language structures, boost comprehension, and make learning stick — all while enjoying music.
